IdeaBoosterLab is a training program intended to advance the entrepreneurial capabilities of aspiring entrepreneurs, early stage start-ups and recently founded ventures.
It is designed to help you make better choices and fully exploit innovative business opportunities.
IdeaBoosterLab merges the academic excellence of Bocconi University (Italy) and Erasmus University of Rotterdam, to offer a cutting-edge business development course to entrepreneurs living in the Netherlands.

Why IdeaBoosterLab?
IdeaBoosterLab is an entrepreneurship training program offered by top European universities recognized worldwide for their expertise in the field. The program is offered free of charge as part of a research program funded by the European Commission under a European Research Council grant. It offers cutting-edge business and entrepreneurial knowledge aimed at empowering new businesses.
The program will be offered both in English and in Dutch and will be delivered by experienced instructors coming from the Dutch startup scene.
FREE TRAINING
The training and the events of IdeaBoosterLab are completely free of charge and open to the whole participating teams.

We will never ask you for equity shares or money.
EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTORS
All the training sessions will be held by experienced instructors coming from the entrepreneurial and business world.
They will be your mentors, transferring cutting-edge business knowledge to make your idea successful
PRACTICAL TRAINING
​All the training content and classes will be practical-oriented. You will learn how to master novel and widespread tools to improve your decision-making and business practices. Classes will equip you with knowledge on the Business Model Canvas, on how to identify customers and frame their problems, on how to develop successful MVPs and on different pricing strategies.

​​If you are developing a new business, at the end of the whole program, you can candidate to the Final Demo Day.
You could pitch your idea to investors, VCs and experienced partners.
MONTHLY
EVENTS
Your business education continues even after the training. For almost a year, you will have the chance to join exclusive events, webinairs, workshops and monthly bootcamps held by recognized experts in the entrepreneurship and strategy fields.
CERTIFICATE
You will receive an official and internationally-recognized certificate of attendance at the end of the program, accredited by RSM and Bocconi University

Start date: January 28, 2022.
Lectures will be held every other Friday in Rotterdam.

The Program
IdeaBoosterLab combines a practical and dynamic approach to business with rigorous methodologies, developed in partnership with academics and business experts in management, entrepreneurship, and strategy development.
​
As part of the project, you will receive a three-month business support program. During that time, you will engage in 6 highly interactive and practical course modules focused on developing key entrepreneurial skills allowing participants to benefit from interactive and hands-on methods.
​
During this training, you will learn how to develop your idea or strategy, how to make informed decisions, and how to master practical decision-making tools. You will also learn how to identify consumer needs and evaluate the potential of your strategy.
​
Targeted to the Netherlands and its entrepreneurial environment, this experience will enable you to implement new ideas and changes to your business practices from the very first session.
​
To apply, all you need is an entrepreneurial idea that you would like to transform into a real business, or a new strategical or innovative plan that you would like to implement in your new venture.
